Why didn't I buy this place? It was a great building and the loft I rented there had a ceiling height of about 15 ft. 2 full bathrooms and a massive main bedroom. The sitting room was so big it held a dingroom area, a gym with machines, an excellent kitchen, a studio, (see a pic shot there) second bedroom and a third bedroom with a sleeping mezzanine.

As a matter of interest, it was about 4 blocks from the World Trade Centre but when the shit hit the fan I was living on 20th and Park and was in Southampton (New York) when it all happened. I watched it on TV in real time as did the rest of the planet.
