I was born here

9 Coed Coch Road, Colwyn Bay. This is a Google Shot as I've never been back and I don't remember the place at all. (It's on my Bucket List). No photos, no pics, nothing. We were all Londoners and my Dad moved us out of our home in London and shipped my sister, my mother and unborn me off to Wales to avoid the bombing. He worked in London as a manager for some chain store. He came down to Colwyn Bay when he could. Then, one day, he didn't. He disappeared, presumed dead. Bombed? Nobody knew. When the war was over we all emigrated to South Africa with my Grandad and my Nan. We landed in Durban in the middle of the Zulu uprising. From the frying pan . . . .
