It's not just the Water Companies

Will you just look at this. I nearly stepped in the damn stuff. I mean we ponies just love the New Forest. But I'm not so sure about the poo everywhere. Why is it so difficult to drop the stuff off some place where you don't just walk into it? Really! What' so difficult about that?

Yes, the water companies can get away with it. And no one does anythiung about it. Maybe it's because it's not so 'in your face' as this. But I'm going to do somthing about this.
